GOOD TO KNOW

Frequently asked questions.

Everything about design, AI, printing and delivery.

Can I edit every text element?+

Yes. Headlines, subtitles and extra text layers each have their own font, size, colour, position and effects.

Does AI place text inside the image?+

No. AI creates only the illustration or background. Text remains a sharp, translatable and editable layer.

Can I use my own photo?+

Yes. JPG, PNG and WebP files up to 12 MB can be uploaded directly and cropped in the editor.

How can I pay?+

Stripe handles payment securely and displays the methods available for your country and device.
