Delivery and returns

Processing and dispatch

After successful payment, we finalise the print files and schedule production from the next working day at the earliest, followed by postal delivery.

Estimated delivery time

• Netherlands: around 95% within 48 hours after dispatch.
• Europe: usually 2 to 4 working days after dispatch.

These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Weekends, public holidays, local postal services, weather and address errors may cause delays.

Cancellation and returns

Your card is made specifically with your text, photo and address, so the standard right of withdrawal does not apply. Report a mistake immediately; if production has not become irreversible, we will try to stop the order.
